Key Responsibilities Include:

Customer Service & Support:Assisting new residents with orientation, directions, and answering questions related to safety, security, and campus life. Access Control & Patrols: Monitoring entry points, conducting regular patrols, and addressing any security concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Incident Response:Responding effectively to a variety of incidents in collaboration with team members, ensuring appropriate and coordinated resolutions.

Administrative Assistance:Supporting property management through administrative duties and reporting.

Security staffalso contribute to safety across the campus through initiatives related to healthcare security, emergency response, and community engagement.
